Credit Card Accountholders may request a copy of their current Credit Card Agreement by calling 256-381-4800 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note: If you elect to e-mail the Credit Union to request your copy of your agreement, do NOT place any personally identifiable information (such as your credit card account number) in your e-mail.
Valley Credit Union has partnered with eZCardInfo to provide a convenient and easy way to manage your Valley Credit Union VISA Credit Card. Simply register your card at www.eZCardInfo.com and you will be able to view account balances, available credit, recent transactions, and past statements. In addition you will be able to make payments online, and receive email notifications for different conditions or events on your account. Depending on the financial software you are using, you may also be able to download your credit card account data.
Valley Credit Unionís ATM card is a convenient, free automated teller card that gives you 24-hour access to your account from anywhere in the world at ATM's accepting NYCE and CIRRUS. Your Valley Credit Union ATM card can be used free of charge at any branch location to withdraw cash, transfer balances, make loan payments, and obtain advances on a line of credit loan. Service charges may apply for use at ATMs not owned by Valley Credit Union
VISA Debit Card
Valley Credit Unionís VISA Debit Card can be used as an ATM card or like a check anywhere that VISA is accepted. The VISA Debit Card allows you to make payments, purchases, or cash advances without the hassle of writing a check, and will work 24-hours a day. Transactions will appear on your monthly statement showing the date and amount of purchase, and the name and location of the merchant, enabling you to conveniently track your purchases.

Valley Credit Union has a 24/7 Debit card, ATM card, & VISA Credit card monitoring system, known as Falcon. Falcon monitors our memberís cards for any type of suspicious activity that may occur. If suspicious activity occurs on the memberís card, Falcon will try notifying our member to verify the information. They will not verify information with someone whose name is not on the card. If Falcon is unable to verify the activity with our member, the card will immediately be blocked. Our memberís may contact any of our locations about a blocked card or, if it is after hours, they may contact 1-800-890-5097. Falcon will contact the primary number on your account, so please make sure your phone number remains current in case of an emergency.
